Add an extra special spark to Field Day by naming each of your stations after a movie. Choose movies that you can tie an activity into. For example, basketball free throws for “Tournament Of Dreams” and soccer goals for “Bend It Like Beckham” would be appropriate. Outfit the adults in charge of the stations with “Field Day Rocks!” Staff T-Shirts . Hand out “movie tickets” to the students that they can bring with them to each station and receive a hole punch for trying the activity. End Field Day by giving out “Field Day Rocks!” Heat Sensitive Pencils and showing an uplifting children’s movie. Require completed tickets for admission.

I really like the movie idea, that is very creative. The last field day we had we got all of the kids their own Field Day shirts and they loved them. It was the hit of the day. We made them look like jerseys with the number 10 on the back. Great job, hope everything goes well with the next one.
